Fragrant tangerine and lime with discreet wood-spice notes. Mouthful of explosive fruit flavors that go on and on. Absolutely gorgeous Chardonnay! Very exciting with poultry or white-sauced pasta dishes.

Dry Riesling-Montinore 08   OR
Almost Dry offers a beautiful aroma of lime, fresh flowers and tangerine with hints of lilac. On the palate it has an elegant, almost silky yet fresh entry with flavors of grapefruit accented with mandarin and tangerine.

Riesling-Firesteed 07  OR This Riesling was born to be paired with an array of delectable foods.  From simple to elaborate starters, candied nuts and cheeses, to grilled and roasted poultry, fish, pork and flavorful pasta dishes, the imagination is the only limit to the possibilities.

Ripe berries, & cherries mingle with the soft supple texture of tannin, well rounded mouthfeel and smooth finish, complete the palate of this wine.

Syrah-Eola Hills Columbia Valley 06    OR
Syrah is a serious full-bodied wine. Rich beef stews and all duck and game dishes go very well. Venison is particularly good. Barbecued food and well-flavored couscous are great. Also pairs well with vegetarian dishes.

Exhibits enticing aromas of toffee, black cherry and currant. This Cabernet Sauvignon can be enjoyed on its own or matches well with braised meats.

Old Vine Zinfandel-Gnarly Head    CA
This medium bodied wine combines the luscious, heady aromas of blackberry, raspberry and spicy oak with the richness of chocolate and jam. Think pasta with Ragu sauce or ribs directly from the barbeque.
