Starters:

 

Veggie Platter: Assorted seasonal vegetables served with dipping sauce.


Zucchini Rounds: Sliced zucchini rounds topped with sun dried tomatoes and crumbled goat cheese.

 

Stuffed Mushrooms: Mushrooms stuffed with parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs and seasonings.

 

Ratatouille Pizza: Pita bread wedges baked with eggplant meze, zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, Feta cheese and seasonings.

                                                                                   

 

Italian Skewers: skewers of marinated cheese tortellini, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and mushrooms. 

 

Puffed Brie Bites:  Miniature puff pastry with warmed brie and jalapeno jelly

 

Tropical Sampler: Margarita marinated shrimp cocktail with mango salsa crostini

Chicken Pot Pie:
 
Roast chicken with mixed vegetables topped with puff pastry, Green Salad, Iced Tea

Fiesta Taco Salad: Chopped romaine lettuce, seasoned ground beef, black beans, corn, cheddar cheese, salsa topped with crunchy tortillia strips and sour cream, Iced Tea

Baked Potato Bar with assorted toppings and Green Garden Salad, Iced Tea

Sandwich Bar with assorted breads,deli meats and cheeses served with a variety of condiments, Soup and Macaroni Salad,  Iced Tea

Steak & Spinach Pinwheels: Thin strips of Beef stuffed with spinach, garlic, onion, Parmesan and Feta cheeses, Garlic Mashed Potatoes or Wild Rice with slivered Almonds and Currants, Honey Dijon Carrots, Green salad, Rolls and Iced Tea

                                                

Enchiladas: Shredded Beef enchiladas with red sauce or Chicken enchiladas with white sauce, Rice, Beans, Chips & Salsa, Iced Tea

Room rental of $100.00 flat fee for up to four hours

Pricing assumes buffet style service.

Seated service is additional

50% (based on est headcount) to hold date.

Final headcount and 50% payment due 10 days prior to event.
Minimum 7 day notice for event.
