Deli Style Eggs Benedict: Toasted English muffins with deli style ham, boiled eggs, and a lemon, dill hollandaise sauce topped with diced tomatoes served with seasoned, roasted potatoes and onions.
Italian Baked Eggs: Seasoned, grilled polenta rounds smothered with sautéed bell peppers, onions and garlic in a marinara sauce topped with two baked eggs and mozzarella cheese served with chicken, mozzarella sausage.
Buckwheat Crepes: Two crepes filled with deli ham and fontina cheese, drizzled with crème fraiche and a warm apricot sauce, served with seasoned, roasted potatoes and onions.
Tropical Pancakes: Three pancakes made with pineapple, walnuts and coconut topped with pineapple preserves, sliced bananas, and toasted coconut served with cheddar & chive scrambled eggs, and bacon.
Mexican Cobb Salad: Romaine lettuce topped with black beans, chopped tomatoes, diced chicken breast, diced avocado, red onion, bacon bits and Monterey jack cheese. Served with chili-lime dressing and a jalapeno corn muffin.
Lemon Chicken Pot Pie: Diced chicken, potatoes, peas, carrots, and leeks in a lemony white wine, cream sauce topped with puff pastry and served with a green salad. Dressing choices: Garlic Ranch or Italian vinaigrette.
